Oustside Rear of 578 ft cabin. Cabbin has not been maintained since 2004, when built. Original stain was Southland Home Honey color with Bee Guard.
Due to lack of a gutter, the bottom of these beams are extremely weathered, as the water sheets onto them.
Vertical board on right overhang of deck needs to be either replaced or reversed/flipped over as it is bowing.
Front of cabin. Sorry I don't have a better photo!
This south facing side shows the most weathering
The cabin has a insulated attic, so the top 15 rows are faux log facia. The facia needs to be resecured to the structure
Can see the facia ends popped up in this photo.
The board which runs from the apex to the gutter needs to be replaced. Warped and too short.
Southland Homes caulking was used. Some shrinkage is shown throughout the exterior.
North Facing side is consistent with age. Nothing signficant to report.
North facing side again
One or two peices of plywood on the deck overhang roof need additional screws, Bowing down.
